The bed was comfy and spacious. There is one lamp in each bed . The toilet is spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and lemonade all day. Perfecto.

If you fancy a good night's sleep, it's quiet at night, a luxury in Medellin. The shower had plenty of hot water.

I love everything, the cleanliness, the security, Esteban's hospitality, the neighborhood, the room was very comfortable, and the laudry and drier were extremely helpful.....I basically felt at home. I couldn't be more grateful to Esteban for making my stay in Medellin, remarkable.

They were extremely helpful and kind, and made our stay in Jardin perfect. When we arrived, they asked us what we wanted to do in Jardin and called people they knew to fix transportation etc for us. We ended up with a very cheap private tour for the waterfalls and coffee finca. This hostel is worth so much more than the price! It seems like the owners run this hostel because they love it and not to earn anything. Breakfast was also delicious!

Many animals/birds coming in the morning. The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking). Great place to calm down, have some great peaceful time in the nature

I liked absolutely everything!! This is the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in, anywhere, just amazing. Everyone is super nice and the host is so thoughtful and generous. I had a beautiful view of one of the mountain sides of Medellin from the big windows next to my bed in the loft (that's the female only dormitory with only three beds). The neighborhood is extremely safe, you have a privacy curtain, comfortable bed super white sheets, your own individual light above your bed with a plug-in and security lockers for your valuables. it's quite small and informal, easy to meet other guests. The owner gave us lots of advice and was very helpful in every way, including a free tour of the neighborhood, he knows everyone. I very highly recommend it, I just can't say enough about how great my stay in this place was!
