We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma, terletak di Fenghuang. Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

Host lady is so helpful. She picked me from airport and booked all the sightseeing tickets for me. Also she explained very well how to cover the sightseeing points. Property is located walking distance from main cable car station of Mt Taishan.

Really friendly lovely inn. Family room was spacious and very clean. The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. It was an ideal base to explore the area and near a lot of nice restaurants.

Just next to the ancient town, the owner was extremely helpful and spoke English. Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

Xiao Luo and his family are friendly and serve with sincereity. He plans our trip n give valuable advice to make our visit to mountains and canyons with ease. Very nice hotel at a reasonable walking distance from the west gate entry of the national park (the owner will ride you in the car to the gate also). It is a family hotel, very well taken care of, with very yummy breakfast. Very nice people who will help you have the best experience in Zhangjiajie

The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.
