Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. El Sendero is a very comfortable and welcoming place. We stayed there for two nights and loved it. Rosa greeted us when we arrived, and then Juan joined us later. We had a great chat with both of them. They were so kind and took amazing care of us. One thing we really liked was being able to cook our own breakfast. They provide plenty of food for it, which made it super convenient. The place has a cozy, home-like feeling. Juan has traveled all over the world and makes you feel at home right away. He also has a great sense of humor! For Christmas, he gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift-how sweet is that? The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Another great thing is that you can leave any items you don’t need for your trip to Patagonia (we were away for 5 days at W trek) at El Sendero. This was really helpful for us! We highly recommend staying at El Sendero. It’s a warm, friendly place that gives you great vibes and wonderful memories!

The room is comfortable and quiet and the owner is amazingly friendly and convenient (she gave us so many good recommandations). The breakfast has everything needed to start the day. Would come back definitely.

It is clean, warm, well-located and host Cesar and his mom are lovely and very helpful. Great place to stay in the way to and from the treck :)

I was there only for a few hours. Reached around midnight and left early morning for Isla Magdalena. Came back and only had two minutes to collect my baggage, before leaving for bus stop. Fabian helped and orchestrated everything even though I was there only for a few hours. Top guy! The room was super clean.

Patrizia and Rinaldo are the best hosts. They are helpful and kind and generous. The room is so beautiful and cozy, with gorgeous views of the mountains. The location is a little bit out of the commercial centre, and we needed to take taxis to and from (10 min), but this was fine for us. Take care to note the check-in times, or ensure you are in communication with Patrizia so they know when you're arriving!
