Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Very cozy and modern hostel, with a great host (Juan). Breakfast included too. Would definitely recommend. Juan was very flexible with check-ins especially after returning from doing the 5 day hike at Torres del Paine.

The room was a lovely size for a single bed occupancy, and the bed was very comfy. There was a tv in the room with Netflix, and the wi fi worked perfectly. The casa was in a good location, around a 10 minute walk from the Bus Sur bus station and the tourist Cemetery. The waterfront could be seen from the casa and was around a 5 minute walk. From there, by walking along to the right along the waterfront you can see several landmarks, and end up in the city. The kitchen had good facilities if you want to cook for yourself, and a very nice breakfast was included, served by Felipe. My favourite thing in this accommodation was the cat Chiddy, she is never in the way, but is a lovely friendly cat! The journey to the airport was only about 20 minutes in an Uber, and Felipe was there to help me ensure the Uber arrived at the right place.

He went above and beyond to make my stay both memorable and comfortable. A wonderful welcome into Patagonia.

They responded to any and all queries and the husband came to pick us up from the Airport for 9000CLP, cheaper than buses or taxis. It's located in their house on the upper part of the city, and guests live upstairs: they have 3 guest rooms, all well furnished with very comfortable beds. Multiple outlets in the common area (which has coffee, tea, a tv with Netflix/YouTube, and a cozy sofa) and the rooms. The bathroom and shower are very comfortable, and are shared between guests (no problem in having to wait though). The breakfast includes toast, orange juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, jam, cheese... very complete. They let us leave our bags the next day even after checkout for free as we went to roam the town before heading for Puerto Natales. Amazing, would recommend and come back anytime.
