A dream villa! I just stayed overnight in the deluxe suite for 3 people in this wonderful villa. The directions received on the day of arrival were very clear. Even a video on how to open the safebox and then the doors left no doubt. I could recognize the building right away. It is an impeccably renovated and upscale privat villa from the last century. High ceilings and blackout curtains. The suite with a huge terrace with beautiful views made us feel we were in an exclusive place. The sofa bed for the third person was comfortable and large even if I wouldn't consider it suitable for 2 adults. Too bad we only stayed one night. We will gladly keep the address for a future stay. We found the price fair and was over 300 francs. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we left early but there would be that option as well

It is very clean and comfortable. 1) Sleeping: You can choose where you want to sleep - on a sofa bed (very comfortable) or on a mezzanine (not really suitable for very tall people, and I think it might be too hot there in summer). 2) Location: Fantastic, very close to the bus stop (1 min) and 5 min to Minusio station and the lake. What more could you want? You also have access to bicycles. To sum up: I think this is a great place to stay, especially if you are travelling alone and appreciate contact with your hosts during your trip. If you like animals, you can pet the cat or watch the rabbits frolicking in the garden.

It was such a lovely stay! it was exactly what we wanted, and our hosts were so sweet and lovely. The room was cute, the neighborhood was pretty, and the river nearby was so so nice. We had breakfast in the garden every day, and ate cherries by the river and read our books all day. It was the best quiet weekend destination I've ever been to.

Bathroom is of good size too. Has a well-maintained private little back yard, altho not much view. But on a sunny day it should be nice. Lots of nice eating places nearby, like 3min drive away, or easily walkable in good weather.
