Casa Esperanza is located a 5-minute tram ride from the centre of Basel and offers free WiFi and a shared terrace with seating area. The rooms all come with a flat-screen TV. Everything! Kai was the most gracious and accommodating host you could ever imagine. He provided so many extra supplies that one might need while traveling and made sure that all our needs we met, including umbrellas, raincoats and shopping bags if needed. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We shared a bathroom, which turned out to be no inconvenience whatsoever. We highly recommend Guesthouse Casa Esperanza in Basel and hope you take advantage of Kai’s wonderful hospitality.

Really close to the center with trams a short walk from the property. 7. Great value for money and I would book it again next time I’m in Basel. 8. A very nice a thoughtful gift after the stay. She allowed me to store my luggage after check out for pick up later.

Very peaceful, exceptionally clean, spacious and lovely decor.
