It is on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old building without elevator, which did not bother us at all. It has a kitchen with a coffee machine and washing machine and drier on each of the floors. Very modern, very comfortable. Parking is included and is within walking distance from the studio (about 10 min for us) and we could keep the car there until 2 p.m. for free the following day, after we checked out. Rositsa contacted us in advance with clear instructions, and then made some excellent recommendations for dinner, so very smooth communication on whatsapp.

I've used the services of Evelin Deluxe House and I'm astonished to express my admiration to the level of quality and comfort they offer to their customers - BRAVO! 👏🏽🥂 I've used a Deluxe Double Room. The Room was excellent, very clean and tidy with everything you need. There are good black-out curtains, which for me is very important and not in every hotel you can find ones. The mini bar is very well stocked. The bathrooms is big and clean. I really enjoyed the comfort of the room. The service is on a very high level since the beginning until the end. The girl on the reception welcomed me warmly and was really nice and helpful with all the questions I had. Thank you! 👌🏽😊🥂 Location is amazing - at the top center in the downtown near the famous quarter "Kapana" where you can find and enjoy the art and atmosphere of the city with all the restaurants and bars there. The hotel is next to Ancient Roman Stadium 🏟 at which you can give an eye and visit. I loved the place and I'll be happy to visit you again! 😊

More so, the hosts are very polite and warmhearted: they tend to help you in any way they can.. in our case, they waited for our late arrival and gave us a proper welcoming, with kettle and refreshments in our room. Also, they gave us a bilingual city map and points where to eat if we wanted. This is what good tourism is all about. Thank you!
