I really liked the decoration and nice details in the house. It's a nice mixture of the history of the building with the comfort of today.

We were even able to store our bikes in the courtyard.

We had a wonderful stay at Chez Marie. Michel was a wonderful host who made us a delicious breakfast before we had to leave the next morning. We enjoyed exploring Dunkirk, as it was so centrally located. Hope to go back again sometime!

The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. We were treated to a warm welcome and a fabulous breakfast the next morning. Enjoyed every moment!

A 5-minute walk from Ypres’ market square, La Porte Cochere offers elegant country-styled rooms situated in a historic mansion. Free Wi-Fi is available. The breakfast was excellent and thoughtfully prepared by the staff. The location close to the center of town and an short walk to the railway station made arrival and exploring easy.
