This was the best place we stayed in all of Albania for several reasons. The guesthouse itself is small and cozy. The location is unbeatable: less than 10 minutes walk to the bazaar and other sights, and very quiet. The restaurant across the street is almost an extension of the guesthouse and the staff there are welcoming and the food is good. The room itself was very small but that’s okay because we only slept there- most time was spent around Gjirokaster or on the terrace. The room and property is immaculately clean, and has one of the best showers I’ve ever had. The real highlights were the terrace and the hosts. That terrace with the view, shade, breeze, and smell of flowers is my happy place. Perfect for reading, relaxing, or having a drink outside. Mimosa and Pandeli are the most gracious, generous, kind, fun, hosts!!! We had so much fun using Google translation and pantomiming to have conversations. Mimosa was kind enough to bring us fresh fruit and salad on the hottest of days. Truly amazing people. Hope to see them again soon!!

I won’t lie, it was hard to find using google maps or anything similar, but Luigi was a great guy, we came to pick us up from a easy acces area to guide us to the property even though it was a little late after check in hour. Luigi such a great guy!

Terletak di Gjirokastër, 35km dari Tasik Zaravina, Bujtina ANLU menawarkan penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma dan bar. We had an absolute perfect experience with Bujtina Anlu. The views are spectacular, still it’s close to Gjirokastër. The room and breakfast were perfect, food was so delicious. But what makes this place special is the people - we had a problem with the car, we had a flat tire and a dead battery and they gave it all to help us - even managed to open a closed car repair nearby to bring us a new tire and found a guy who could load the battery. The hospitality was truly unmatched. We would like to recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for the best experience possible. Hope to see you guys again!

Host was amazing (friendly, good advice, good communication prior to arrival). The rooms were perfect and the view from the balcony was spectacular! Parking - the had reserved a spot for us - thank you! It’s about a 10 min walk from the bazar/restaurants (up and down). We would definitely recommend.
