This was a really good stay in the NYC/Newark area. The whole property was recently-renovated so everything felt new. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable; the wifi and A/C worked well; the price was excellent. The property is well-located - there are express buses to NYC as well as local buses to Newark (for EWR and PATH connections to NYC). All-in-all this was a very pleasant stay.

Location is perfect, path is $3 and you're 15mins from Manhattan, Room is absolutely amazing value for money, doesn't feel too bad sharing a bathroom as theres not many people using it, does the job.
