Check-in is easy, all through codes at door. I didn't get to see anyone except for other guests from other rooms - since bathroom is shared. Internet is good enough. Quiet place. Easy to park on the street, either right in front or across from the house. Didn't seem dangerous though because it's in a residential area. The view of the mountains, when you leave by car, is really cool. Host offers coffee pods (black coffee) and tea bags with machine for hot water. Also, bottled water room temperature. After all, I felt safe.

Feels like home, the house owner kept the place super clean. We didn’t expect that it’s in such a good location that we can enjoy the Chinese food in quite a few restaurants nearby. It’s close to Caltech university too if you’re interested to pay a visit. Also, the fig fruit from the owner’s tree is the best I have ever had:)

House is beautifully decorated, well organized, and thoughtfully equipped. In my travels I saw only couple of homes with that level of attentions to details.

The house was really cute and cozy, the bed was so comfortable that I slept so well. The area is also safe and residential, and close to many attractions. The host Nataya was very responsive and so kind that she accommodated us for early checkin and late check out.

Price was okay. My room facing to the backyard was quiet. Room was clean. Location was okay, if you like a 0.6 miles morning walk to the next Starbucks or Food4Less. Bed was okay. Internet was okay. Good to have 2 fridges for food storage. Close to HWY 10.

We didn’t miss anything in this place. A neat, freshly renovated apartment, well equipped with all the appliances for everyday use, and on top of that, really reasonably priced. Nothing to add, nothing to take away – I was very satisfied with my stay here with my boyfriend.
