The host was welcoming and open minded for which we are grateful. The place was clean and well located (you can walk to the historical park). Bed were comfortable. We liked the breakfast room and the possibility to get an invigorating thai massage.

The location is very close to the historical part of Sukhothai. I was able to rent a bike for 80 baht a day and explore. I also paid extra for the breakfast they provide if wanted. You pay for this at the end of your visit. But I liked the option.

I was about to stay one day in the guesthouse and ended up staying for a week there. Very comfortable to have the bus terminal next to you, but the most important thing in my opinion is the ideal service you have from the owner and the staff of the guesthouse. They were always ready and willing to support me, guide me and make my stay much more easier and comfortable. Always with a smile! Room is big and basic for a great price. Highly recommended guesthouse!

Nice large room with comfortable beds. Plenty of parking space for cars and the guesthouse is conveniently located near many shops.. Breakfast was good and value for money. I liked the fact that in the evening there were many roadside stalls nearby selling local food. We got to try the local food and it was a nice experience for us.

This place was a great place to stay for a short trip to visit the temples - a little bit of a way away from the attractions but not far in a grab or tuk tuk. The owner was super lovely and even told us about the local festival and how to get in etc which we would have missed otherwise. Definitely recommend for a nice quiet stay!

The staffs are very friendly and supportive. It’s literary like a home stay. Breakfast was full of seasonal fruits and warm fried rice with an egg, which was beyond expectation. Bicycle is free for rent. Very close to the historical park and other shops & restaurants, just 3-5 minutes of biking get you arrive there.
