The host Eva was most accommodating, helpful in every way. Her property has a delightful charm, beautifully decorated with an interesting history. Everything about the stay exceptional, comfortable, clean, quiet, lovely view from balcony windows. Good coffee, nice breakfast and a homemade cake to end as a treat. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location for overnight break between Barcelos and Ponte Lima. Beautiful clean accommodation, wine and coffee available, transport needed to restaurant which can be provided by owner, we had the advantage of a first floor balcony overlooking beautiful countryside. Highly recommend.

This place was so charming. When I arrived I was greeted with a welcome drink and nibbles. Filipa is a very gracious host nothing was ever a problem. She organized everything including taxis for dinner and personally picking me up and dropping me off at locations while I was walking the camino. It was so nice knowing that this place has been serving pilgrams for over 500 years.

    Cristina was a great host. She waited for me so I could drop off my luggage before check in. My room was really comfortable and light with lovely views. Loved the communal kitchen and enjoyed meeting others there. Central location. Great place to stay. Even had a washing machine and laundry service. Perfect for the Camino.
