Great service. Nice people always ready to help and solving the problems immediately. The hotel is in very quiet suburban area far from traffic. Facility is big with decent parking and maintain in good style. Rooms are cosy and well finished. They also serving good food in the morning. I'm highly recommendig this place for someone who is looking value for money.

good and quick communication when I was confused how to enter (I booked on very short notice), the room was quite big and value for money - basic room but got all you need, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the distance to the Auschwitz memorial is walkable, would recommend to stay there any time!

The location was perfect, in the middle of the old town with a lot of historical building nearby, coffee-shops, restaurants, gelatos, pubs, shops, everything that a tourist needs. The hosts are very communicative and pleasant. Clean rooms with a lot of facilities including even dishes, cutleries, glasses and kettle. The fridge, even though it was shared, was sufficient, but maybe a microwave and a coffee-maker, also shared, would have been welcomed. All in one, for us was perfect!

The nicest host couple ever! The wife speaks good English and the husband even a bit of German. They answered all my messages quickly. The beautiful house and garden are so well maintained and are exactly like the pictures, everything clean, new and modern. They sell Energylandia tickets with a 5% discount. As we were on foot and it was raining, he was super kind to offer us a ride and lend us a raincoat. :)
