Great host and clean place. Host even gave me bike. Only problem I had that it was shared bathroom which I didn't know at the start but everything was new and clean. In the end it was not the problem.

We very much enioyed our stay here. The cottage has a comfy vibe and is equipped with pretty much everything you could possibly need. The outside garden is to die for and there are plenty of spots where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind. They gave us some really useful recommendations that enhanced our experience as first-time tourits in the Netherlands. Overall, it was truly a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this place!

Sleeping and using the spa&sona were great ways to relax. We were preoccupied that the sound of the spa was too loud as we used it during the night, but the host said she couldn't hear since the room is well insonorinated. The host was especially kind, asked if we had every we needed for the stay, then when we checked out. The neighborhood is charming. As relaxing as the room. There are beautiful parks and a grocery store at around 10 minutes by foot. We strongly recommend this place if you want to recharge your energy.

Nice view from the tower. Clean, comfortable beds, warm and cozy in the rooms (cold outside despite late April). Delicious breakafast, that we chose to eat in the tower. Tasty dinner at Brasserie Broers. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Free parking 50 meters away. A short walk to a grocery store.

Very hospitable, with coffee, tea and fruit in the room. The photos are very true to the accommodation and to the view. It's a very nice, safe feeling area, within 30 minutes relaxed walk to the centre of Utrecht, with nice cafés and restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. It's on loads of bus routes if you don't feel like walking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location, about 15 minutes from the central station. Very nice and attentive hosts, I enjoyed staying here very much. Everything just as advertised. I can only recommend them, I have no complaints.

Villa Braas, was the perfect retreat in a gorgeous setting by Loosdrechtse Plassen. Our room overlooked the lake, with a large balcony that allowed us to really appreciate the stunning ever-changing views. The room, had tea, coffee facilities, and a small fridge with a welcome bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise. The room came with a super comfortable adjustable electric bed overlooking the gorgeous view. There was also a sofa to relax on, ample storage for clothes and a modern, clean bathroom with a shower and separate bath to relax in. Breakfast was really delicious. We enjoyed eggs, cheese, bread, jam, fruit juice and coffee or tea. Everything to set you up for the day. There are lots of great additions that you can book on site including a sauna, electric bike hire, boat hire and even a massage. The nearest town of Breukeleveen is close by and have some lovely shops and restaurants for dinner. It was my Birthday when we visited, and Ageeth surprised me with some delicious apple pie! Both Ageeth and John, were fantastic hosts and we wouldn't hesitate to return for another visit to their peaceful and beautiful home.
