We had a lovely patio which felt very private only steps away from the promenade which made for a nice balance of a relaxing space with quick access to the beach. There is a nice shared patio as well. The room was clean and very comfortable. The host, Zoran, was exceptional. He went out of his way to make our visit wonderful!

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. The apartment was spotless and equipped with every detail a guest could need — from comfortable beds and quality linens to a well-maintained interior. The location was perfect: quiet, yet within walking distance of the promenade, beaches, restaurants and old town centre. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. Communication was effortless, check-in was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed with genuine care and attention. Throughout the stay, the host was available for any question, yet discreet, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. I travel often and rarely come across accommodation that combines this level of atmosphere and service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Herceg Novi — whether for leisure or business. A place that truly feels like home, only better!

Everything was excellent. Snezana and her family care about their guests and go above and beyond to provide amazing services. Clean hotel and friendly atmosphere, great breakfast and specious rooms. Very kind host, small but cozy rooms, nicely equipped, comfortable beds. We stayed for only one night just to sleep in after long driving travel and it was perfect choice! There is nice swimming on the territory. Beach in 10 mins slow walk. Recommend!

Staffs were very helpful and kind and the location is great !! It's in old town but also close to main bus station. Also they have check in desk so there were no stress to checking in. When I will stay in Kotor again, definitely I'll come back to this accomodation.
