It is worth staying here because of the owner - Tony is a smiling, helpful and nice man. Helped us not only to find a delicious and inexpensive place to eat in the area but also to plan a great time during stay in Jaffna. You can see & feel how important the guests and their satisfaction are to him! The staff was really friendly, the lady working there helped us with everything and was very considerate. There are a lot of sitting areas where I could study and not be bothered by the noise from the city. We ended up staying longer than our booking and this was not a problem.

It was realy big and spaceous with a living room and balkony also on the rooftop. U can use the kitchen and fridge and even washing machine. Was a lovely stay and a lovely host too who help you with any question.

Best value for money. There are walls, gate, CCTV, an attached bathroom, a hot water shower, and A/C. Can park 2 cars. We spent 2 nights here. It's really good there. Security, facilities, and cleanliness are good.

Absulutely recommended for Jaffna! The Building Is clearly new and It Is well kept, clean rooms, perfect bathrooms and clean beds! The little garden had even a couple of fruit trees like papaya or bananas. Everyone is extremily kind and welcoming. Even though some may speak little to no english, they still try to comunicate with the little world they know and a super kind smile. When we came back the first night from the dinner, we had a little chat with the night keeper, he was extremily nice. He even got us a papaya to eat in the morning. Soo kind! The place is super close to the centre, less than 5 mins by tuk tuk, which you can order yourself on the app Pickme or they will order it for you. If the speaking english guy is not present, he is always reachable by phone for any useful information, even to suggest some really nice restaurants. He would even come back anytime needed. Moreover, by mistake we forgor to pay, and the person responsible was so kind to come to the bus station instead of making us go back. Super nice and extremily helpful. Lastly, to have breakfast on top of the building is really nice. The terrace ha a nice view of the sourranding. Highly reccomend it to anyone visiting Jaffna!!
