Our host was so lovely! We felt super welcome right away - more like guests than tourists, if that makes sense. She did us a huge favour (which, for her sake, I'd rather not advertise here) and I wish we had had more time to chat. The tips she gave us regarding things to do in the area were great! We were offered toast and cereals for breakfast (but only had coffee).

Host was very accommodating allowed us to wash our wetsuits outside with the garden hose. She also had recommendations for site seeing, local history, and restaurants that included directions.

Our host Mary was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious for 3 adults and 1 child. It was lovely and clean. The location was great and had lovely views. The local village Kilala was only a 5 minute drive or 10-minute walk and had lovely restaurants to eat. Would definitely recommend The Acres for food and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
