Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was amazing, rooms were modern and clean and the balcony at the top of the hotel had beautiful views. Very romantic. The owner is very friendly , always ready to help and meet you at midnight.I was welcomed with a bottle of wine. Definitely I will come back!

Fab location.. Very Peaceful. Studio with a neat kitchenette and attached bathroom. Grimi has his own wine cellar with home made chacha and wine. We got a taster of both and a small bottle of wine Walkable distance from everything in Borjomi. We walked to the national park (1.5km), bus station 500m, train station 500m which is very close to the historical Park, Rico credit currency exchange.

Giorgi and Shorena are very nice hosts. The guesthouse has newly opened, and everything is new and "fresh" with all necessary equipment, including a shared kitchen, a spacious balcony, and a modern shower. During the first warm days (end of April), it was nicely chilly inside (heating works well). It's located just a few minutes away from the main road (but fully shielded from traffic), and in easy walking distance to the park and the historical center.
