What a fantastic find! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home and comfortable using the kitchen. We enjoyed lovely coffee in their beautiful conservatory, surrounded by well-cared-for plants. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the accommodation was even nicer in person. Parking was easy, and accessing the key box was straightforward. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Amazing room , I was amazed at the cleanliness. I got a fridge in my room and super nice carpeted floor. Great staff , helped me with everything. I checked in super late but the staff was very considerate.

Ideal location for city centre visits and the Space Centre which is within walking distance. Clean and modern facilities throughout. Suitable for families, couples, or lone travellers. Ghulam went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities provided. I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast before checking out. Thank you for being a gracious and hospitable host. I highly recommend this establishment.

This is a really affordable spot in Leicester, definitely worth it. The rooms are lovely, all the facilities were brill. Heating on was lovely to walk into in the cold weather. Beds were really comfy. Anything you'd need is provided. Bus to town on the street takes less than 10m. Owners are really quick to respond to enquiries. Topping it off, brilliant for the price.
