Host Katija was wonderful - friendy and welcoming. Great communication from her - always quick to reply to any questions and very helpeful with advise and recommendations when arrived. The cottageis located in a lovely little town Fleurine, close to Paris and Chateau de Chantilly which we visited during our stay. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely touch of basic breakfast items provided, even a jar of food for our baby whih was a lovely consideration. Wouldn't hestiate to recommend this for anyone self driving in the region.

Used as a stop over from Calais - heading to Fontainebleu. Loved everything about this place. In between Chantilly and Senlis on the edge of a village at a stables. Literally above a stables. Andre showed us round the accommodation and left us to it. Happy for us to go see the horses too (there are loads!) Really comfy beds. An unexpected but completely delicious breakfast of croissants left at our door in the morning. Sat on the chairs and watched the stable workers washing some of the horses (it is very much a working stables). Really well equipped - aircon (which was well needed!) there is a fridge & tassimo coffee machine too, with complementary pods. Kids slept up on a mezzanine that they had to climb over a beam to get to which they loved. Really perfect stop over. Book - you will not be disappointed!

The hosts were so kind, caring and giving! Sarah gave tips for places to visit nearby like restaurants and cultural activities. They prepared us a full French breakfast every morning and it was always super delicious! Comfy beds and warm shower. I honestly have zero minpoints about our stay at La Chasse Royale. Everything went smooth, check-in, check-out, bed-/bathroom, location, kitchen and neighbourhood. It is close to Paris by car and totally reachable for short visits. The whole location and house was beautiful the photos dont do it justice it was all gated off so the children could run around without any worry the family enjoyed playing games ofr sardines and going on the walks that was on offer
