We had a lovely stay, the apartment is something special! :) the breakfast was very delicious, fresh. The owner was nice, we could also leave our car and bikes there after check out to go to Menton centre by foot. :) There was also a very nice cat around the garden, which is always a big plus for us. :)

The apartment is new and well equipped, spotless clean. We didn't meet the host but they gave us very precise indication about how to check-in and were very responsive during the whole stay. It is in a good position, it is possible to reach the centre and the seaside by foot in about 15 minutes.

Arriving in Monte Carlo, if you are alone on June 26, you can't afford to make mistakes (on booking.com the price was good, but who knows... in any case the owner had taken care to give me every indication via WhatsApp) otherwise in tears you run to the station and escape. When after a considerable climb (then I discovered all the elevators and escalators) I opened that French window, I found a mega A/C, a large smart TV on the wall (furious fast wi-fi), a mini fridge with kettle and coffee on top, hairdryer, ironing board with iron (fun optional in a 3 square meter room) bathroom and modern furnishings. My life for that evening was saved (never mind the rather limited hot water... and other trifles). As soon as I went down the stairs, in the square formidable pizza for 10 euros and markets open until late.

Wonderful stay. A really comfortable room in a quite area. Really good bed. The best Thing was the friendly and communicative owner. We really preciate our stay. And at least the wonderful breakfast with homemade jams and delicious Croissant. A place to be in you visit Sospel. We love it

Great value for the money, very communicative and kind host. He gave us a warm welcome and good recommendations to get by the city. We went to Nice in the summer period, which one should expect to be unpleasantly hot, but the host does his best by providing a good portable air-con. Its hose is well isolated, and it's more silent than other air-cons I have seen. Also, it was spotless, both the room and the bathroom! Kudos to the cleaning ladies.

    The very nice terrace, possibility to eat outside, the view on the see and on the city, is enough to justify what we have paid for. Very nice! Host family was very kind and present for our needs. Private parking is a value, as well the position of the house in relation of train station or market. We choose this place for a weekend visit in Monaco, very recommended.
