We felt very welcome, the hosts are very nice. The suite is beautifully decorated, with a spacious bedroom. Shared, fully equipped kitchen with free access to coffee, tea, milk, water and sweets. The parking inside the premises is a big plus. Restaurants and bars at 3 minutes walking distance.

Great place!!! Clean and nice, the room is in a new standard, with a bathroom with a shower, a capsule coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a code locker. For me, the location is fantastic, quiet and peaceful, with a park nearby and a few minutes walk from the city center, passing numerous tile floors selling aromatic coffee, food, and beer. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. Special thanks to Christins for her help in Irun!

A quiet, clean room with even a terrace. Easy walk to everything including the stations of Renfe and Euskotren. Best of all was Ana. She gave excellent tips what to visit. I asked for Pinch tips and she had a very good list of the restaurant and their specials (that you have order because most of them are warm). They don't serve breakfast, but you can get it next door from 8am. It is easy to make your own coffee and tea.

Absolutely perfect and super nice service. Very, very helpful, kind and welcoming. Especially Leire at the reception. We came for the Marathon. This place is a perfect stay, if you want to take part in the marathon, because it’s so close to the start and finish.

    The breakfast was perfect, great selection and great value. Romy, was a great host. Helpful in every way, including a good recommendation for an evening meal, which she booked ahead for us. The accommodation exceeded expectations, including making our dog welcome too with bed, bowl of water and doggie treat. Would always book again when we have to make our journey from Spain to France.
