It was clean and inviting from the outside. There is a small pool and a nice area at the back for people to sit out at night and there’s also a big table and parasol outside the front. Sylvia isn’t always there but there’s a machine where you can get water and beer and refreshments. It’s in a very quiet street which is unusual for Spain 😊. It’s about a 20 min walk down to the beach. There are some cafes and shops nearby that do a great breakfast and dinner. It’s uphill going back to the hostal which I didn’t find a problem but a taxi is about 6 euros if you want to get one. Outside the rooms is a spotless area where there’s tea and coffee and a fridge and these are free to use. There’s a contact number if Sylvia isn’t there for any queries you may have. The rooms themselves are very comfy with lovely warm showers and aircon. Sylvia left a hairdryer in my room so you can request this.

Villa Amir was great for our stay the room and shower were comfortable and exceptionally clean.The staff could not be more helpful. The location was good. The beach was a 10 minute walk away and the stop for bus which takes you in to the centre of Los Boliches is very close. Bus journey !.20 euros.

Exceptionally clean with a modern attractive finish regarding furniture & decor throughout. Beds were very comfortable with fab wardrobe space & Plenty of plug sockets within both bedrooms. The host Francisco was super, ensuring we had everything we needed & let us access the apartment early which was great👍 The work station to make tea/coffee etc was great although did miss having a sitting area. The apartment is in lovely quiet residential area although based in a rather hilly position so may be a consideration if you have no transport, however we had a fab few days away & would definitely stay again

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The self check-in was quick and convenient, all done with a code. The location was excellent—very quiet and perfect for relaxing, and also close to everything we needed. Parking was easy, with spaces available right near the property. We would definitely stay again. It's unfortunate we couldn’t enjoy the pool, as we arrived at night.

Alberto the owner was very polite , friendly and helpful. Property was a good size , clean and comfortable with lovely views. The only down side was the location which was a little remote and about 8 minutes drive to shops or restaurants. I would stay there again.
