I'm walking the Romantic Road and this was my 6th stop out of Würzburg. Everything was spot on including Good wifi and excellent breakfast. Best stop so far!

A very clean and comfortable apartment, directly on the Tauber cycle route. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and provided an an excellent buffet breakfast. Safe storage was available for bicycles with charging points for ebikes.

Easy check in at the gasthof where they give you the key to the hotel approximately 150m away. Restaurant at the gasthof very busy and great food. Highly recommend.

The hotel is placed right in the middle of the main spots of the city, and directly on the most Instagramabeable photo of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It's a very nice place, I had a room. on the back side of the building, connected directly to the beer garden. Nice and pretty basic old fashioned room with the vibe of the ancient city. Don't expect complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. In overall the room is enough and comfy for one person.
