I loved this place so much more than I expected! Such a cozy, quaint, and quiet place for any traveler to stay, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful get away from the city. The location is wonderful, such a lovely area to walk around and explore, there’s so much to do and very accessible. the host who works there is so welcoming, both the he and the other worker was very attentive and friendly to our needs and the breakfast every morning was so delicious. They were very generous and gracious to me and my mom who stayed. I loved hanging out with the cute cat too, definitely a huge plus. It really felt like I was at home, such a warm atmosphere. I’m so grateful for being able to stay there. Also highly recommend you check out this incredible vegetarian restaurant just a 4 minute walk from the property, called Qingchun perma. You definitely don’t need to be vegetarian to enjoy the food, very high quality. I love everything about this stay.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The guesthouse is hidden in the mountains, and you can see the tea garden by opening the window, as if you are in an imaginary, ideal place separated from this world. In the early morning, enjoy a Chinese breakfast amidst the birdsong, and at night, soak in a pot of homestays and watch the stars. Every moment is full of poetry. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom is intelligent and convenient, and every detail shows care. The service staff are very enthusiastic and attentive, and the location is also very convenient, very close to the West Lake Scenic Area, within walking distance.

Location was as expected - in a quaint quiet village surrounded by tea plantations, a short walk away from the historic walks thru the area. The staff and owner were exceedingly helpful with accommodating our breakfast timing requests and breakfast was delicious. They also helped us book transport to Shanghai via a lunch stop Wu Zhen. The room was spacious, clean and modern with an amazing panoramic view of the village and plantation.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the visit and transportation information provided by Ms. Zhou. The room is small but clean and cozy. The simple breakfast is inexpensive, just RMB 10. We enjoyed our early morning breakfast in open-air. One of the staff even went out to show us the Sakura garden with species from all over the world.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The food in restaurant was great. Our dogs were very welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The balcony was exactly what we needed to enjoy cards and a drink in the evenings.

    We like the breakfast which provided by host, sample breakfast but delicious and healthy. the location of these home stay are close to West Lake by walking distance. The entrance is the tourist bus station and normal bus station is just 150m away from hotel.

    This is a very nice boutique hotel in the west lake area. The hotel itself and rooms are tastefully decorated. It's 5 mins walk to Linyin Temple and Linyin bus terminal. Lots of eateries around the area. Highly recommended if you want to experience a stay offered by locals.

    Fantastic homestay-style hotel in the heart of an authentically local area, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and the odd bar. A real step away from the commercial districts of Hangzhou and very handily placed for the sights around West Lake. Amazing and welcoming hosts who spoke reasonable English and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Decent WiFi, cute rooms! If you want luxury and mod cons, try somewhere else. If you want a home away home in a great (and absolutely safe) area, come here.
