A beautiful house in a small village location , very pleasant and helpful owners . Very large ensuite room . It was very hot when we were there and we had a Lovely breakfast in the garden . Hoping to stay there again next time we are in the area .

Perfect stay, hosts were lovely and friendly, room had everything we needed and more (plenty of coffee, shower with massage jets, nice balcony facing the street and church, very comfy bed, air con unit, TV with English channel options etc). Hosts brought us pastries for breakfast. We hope to be back the next time we visit Spa!

It is a gorgeous place, perfect for visiting Spa and the Ardennes. A wonderful host… a great place, great value, so comfortable. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is beautiful, and so well designed. We liked everything to be honest! But we particularly enjoyed the big jacuzzi bath.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blackroom in Theux. The apartment was spotless and really tastefully decorated. The owners were super friendly and made us feel very welcome from the start. What really stood out was the personal touch, especially the homemade breakfast, which was such a thoughtful treat. It made the experience feel extra special. The hot tub and fireplace created the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and cozy escape!

Studio is in a magnificent location, the hosts were brilliant & Guy was friendly, attentive and evidently cares greatly about guests enjoying their stay. The studio was clean, spacious, well equipped and tastefully styled. Comfy bed, great shower and I found the WiFi stable throughout
