I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! They get a full ten out of ten from me! When people talk about a 5-star hotel, this is it! From the hotel decor, to the size of the room, to the room decoration itself, the level of staff professionalism (all staff: porters, housekeepers, reception, waiters/waitresses). A splendid experience! The cleanliness, the bed linen! Oh wow! I have so much to say! Congratulations Holiday Inn! You've absolutely nailed it with this hotel. I will be staying here for many trips to come.

Offering free Wi-Fi in all areas, Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao provides a fitness centre, spa treatments and an indoor pool. Qibao Ancient Town is a 3-minute drive away. The reception staff at the lobby were very helpful and cheerful. They were accommodating our difficulties. Special mention to Cici and Jennifer at check in for their support.

Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing'an is a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, Shanghai Long-Distance Bus Terminal and Shanghai Tourism Center. It was a great experience. The room was well equipped, clean and upon request for a later checkout, Kaylin Du was very kind and helped me out very professionally to fulfill my demand. Thank you!
