Customer service excellent. We were offered longer than we paid on parking (an extra half day) and the room was very comfortable.

we stayed at the holiday inn hotel, everything was perfect from start to finish. Very kind staff and super responsive to all our requests. A big thank to Jasmine at reception, who was cheerful and kind! we had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded upon our arrival and were also able to leave our luggage at reception upon our arrival and also on the day of our departure. In short, we will come back!!

The room was cosy and very clean. It is perfectly located close to London Bridge and in a walking distance to many London attractions. The breakfast was great. There is a good selection of food, which would definitely satisfy almost everyone. There were outside building works during our visit, which have not influenced our good impression of the hotel.

This modern hotel in West London is conveniently located and gives great access to Central London attractions such as The London Eye, Buckingham Palace and the Natural History Museum.

My son and I have stayed at the hotel 3 times in Jan/Feb 2023. Every time, Jasmin on reception has been wonderful to deal with. Helpful, friendly and professional. She recognised both of us after the first day of our first stay and every time there after greated us by name and with a big smile. A joy to deal with.
