Bianca and Tomas' cottage is gorgeous! Stunning scenery... surrounded by nature! Peace and tranquility! The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with super-comfortable beds, an excellent bathroom, and a large, convenient shower! But the most beautiful thing was the attention to detail... fresh flowers, the Italian flag, the slippers, the magical sound of birds in the bathroom... Everyting we needed was there and more. We loved sitting at the big veranda and listen to the birds and the silence. The deer are walking through the backyard and look into the kitchenwindow🙂. Walking to the waterfront is also easy, especially with the directions our friendly host left us. You can reach the shore walking through the lush downhill forest. The waterview from the house is also stunning and changes throughout the day, caused by the moving sunlight. From this place you can easily make beautiful daytrips on Orust and Tjörn, and also to other places like Uddevalla and Smögen. And don't forget to visit Swansund, only a few km from the house ( also a supermarket) where you find a nice swim area too.

43 km from Trollhättan railwaystation in Ljungskile, Riddarhuset provides accommodation with access to a public bath and open-air bath.

The perfect home away from home while exploring the beautiful area. Our only regret is staying too short. With more than enough space for a larger family to feel comfortable in each other's company while still being able to have privacy for alone time. Large well equipped kitchen with all one might need to host friends and family; two generous bathrooms which offers the choice between taking a bath or shower; multiple cosy and comfortable social areas spread over two levels including a large balcony, two living rooms (one with a huge TV), generous dining area and very cosy corner to play games or read. In case of inclement weather: lots of books and boardgames, a super cosy fireplace and an exceptionally comfortable TV-room with enormous couch in great condition. The outside area is large and well equipped, with options to take a peaceful nap in either a hammock or exceptionally comfortable recliner on the veranda, and enough seating both on the balcony above and the veranda below, true comfort while enjoying the peaceful surrounds! The house is perfectly situated close to amenities and the host was very helpful about advising places worth visiting in the area. We especially loved Möllesund. We felt very lucky to snap up this accommodation in summer season!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Forest house. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and took perfect care of everything. The apartment was super cozy. A perfect combination between traditional looks equipped with modern amenities. The location was unbelievably beautiful too. Located on a river that flows into the sea. The personal touch and exceptional service from the hosts made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and homely stay. Will definitely return!

Sofie en Erik are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The house was great, we felt completely at home, it is also very well equipped. The view from the cabin is magnificent. Though the place is located in the woods, you can visit many different areas from there.

Billy and Tamar were so lovely! Very welcoming and helpful. We were happy with the location, despite it being next to a main road: Beautiful surroundings, charming old farm buildings, the cabin situated under trees. The bed was comfortable and the cabin basic but clean. The toilet and shower outside the cabin were spotless. A big old swing and a few footballs kept my son and me entertained for a while. The little scramble up the wooded hill behind the farm made for a nice walk with views. It's only 10 minutes drive max from the beautiful Nordic Watercolour museum. Minutes from beaches and lakes. A very good supermarket is near the museum. A great spot for cycling, if one has bikes.

Very cozy little cabin, with a lot of attention to the details. Very scenic view on the sea and the forest from the patio area. Hosts are very nice and always available. Plus points for the complimentary sweets and the private parking spot.
