It is conveniently located close to the Airport. The shuttle driver was kind and helpful and front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel and room were spotlessly cleaned and well organized.

Situated close to Pearson International Airport and boasting one of the area's longest indoor waterslides, this family-friendly resort features comfortable accommodations and state-of-the-art... We had another great stay at this hotel. It's become a family tradition between Christmas and New Years for us to enjoy the pool for a few days and have a change of scenery. It's hard to find places so welcoming of families and staff that are so friendly and keen to make sure everyone is happy. My kids have special needs to sometimes we have challenges but we've never run into any issues at this hotel. This time, the waitress at the restaurant onsite even told me 'you're doing a great job with your kids' and I've never been told that in public. Ever. It made me so happy. Thanks to the entire staff and management who must set a really chilled tone. We had another great vacation!
