Everything was fantastic, from the moment we arrived we were treated to home made strudel, we had a beautiful room, the facilities were exceptional- the pool, sauna, spa, garden. Great breakfast. The family running the business were lovely, curious and always willing to help. They helped us with our hikes and even booked them for us - as the lodge is a member of Val Gardena Actuve our hikes were either free or discounted depending on hike. Absolutely brilliant.

Dear Pedro, I'm endlessly thankful to you for helping my daughter out that night when she didn't get on the train with me. (she arrived safely to me). Our luck was that there was your hotel. Lovely hotel! Lovely room! with comfortable beds, and with a TV of an enormous size! Lovely breakfast! Very good girls are serving the breakfast! (thanks to the bartenders for the drinks) Curious to see finches winging all around the breakfast room. The goodness of the staff makes a great impression.

The apartment for 5 has a very interesting vibe to it, it made us curious to know its history and gave us the feeling as if it might let us in on some secrets from the past. We loved the wooden floors and the old windows; I found out later that the place used to be a shoemaker’s shop, which added to the value of the place in a way. I recommend!

Room and views stunning. Bathroom a little tight but nice! The initial girl aT front desk was great and the one waitress was so great and curious some of the others were less pleasant. Location was great just outside the city of lucerne

very good newly opened restaurant Conrad

I stayed at this hotel back in 2017 when it was still a Hilton hotel. Now it is an AC Marriott, obviously they did renovations and many things have changed. Bigger evalator, cleaner room with very nice facilities and attention to details. The hotel is very stylish and has a modern sense. The breakfast has lots of variations, and they made tiny change to the menu daily. Staffs in the hotel were very friendly, helpful and had lots of good energy.

I chose this place among several options out of curiosity - it has only highest 10 ratings, and I was wondering why. Now I understand. Lily & Paola are fantastic hosts, the apartment is super clean (and we’re a little obsessed with this ;). And on top of this Paola and Lily make it a very personal experience. We were travelling with kids - and Lily prepared a pack of milk for us saying’I thought kids may want it’. And this is just one example out of many. We will for sure come again if we’re near Trento.

Excellent hotel for price The place was clean and looked newly refurbished, we stayed on the 4th floor that has a door to an small balcony area the mattress comfortable, actually was better than a Hilton i have stayed in.The bathroom was clean and enough space to move around in nice shower. Room had Air conditioning that was good.The WiFi worked fine. The breakfast was Reasonable cold meats salad breads coffee juice ect. No hot items though . Not to far a walk to the old part of the city. Would definitely stay there again.
