The hotel has a large lobby where the very friendly staff welcomes every guest. It also has a dining/breakfast area and an outside terrace as well as other amenities like a gym and pool. We loved the size of the room, the bed was very comfortable.

It was Very convenient stay in a great hotel with a great staff specially the reception two ladies TAHO & MINH.

This Hollywood hotel features on site dining and an outdoor swimming pool. All guest rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV. The Dolby Theatre is a half mile from the hotel.

The staff were awesome, friendly and considerate. We had a late night departing flight that was also delayed by five hours, which meant us having to check out of our rooms and hang around. The hotel offered us delayed check out, they then stored our bags, offered us restroom services, called a taxi when we were ready.......all part of a such a friendly service. Rooms were clean, well accessorised, with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, controller for heating/ cooling and a good size flat screen TV. Good quality mattresses along with nice pillow options (not just mountainous lumps of hard sponge that gives one a stiff neck the next mornng) A highly recommended hotel.

Good size room. Hotel location was very convenient for transportation and food. Close to the train stop so we rode the train many times to Pasadena. Everything was clean. I liked that there was a pool option even though we didn't use it. Parking is abundant.
