Hong KongAll necessities for convenience, like comfy beds, fridge, kettle are provided. Spacious toilet cum bathroom, spotlessly clean and quiet. The (paid) dinner was exceptionally rich and delicious, and its (restaurant) service was very courteous and warm. Excellent swimming facilities (sizeable pool, comfortable jacuzzi and spa) are provided with no extra cost. A very good breakfast with a rich variety of hot and cold food. Free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes.

The sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, and despite three people staying in the room, we were only provided with two cups, one tea bag, and insufficient coffee, sugar, and milk powder. The third floor had a vile smell, and the carpets and walls were extremely dirty. This level of cleanliness was disappointing and not up to the Hilton standard.Guest review byFahimGroup

The property is big and it was no way constrained or running out of space. The front desk was very helpful in Hilton manner.
