The host was nice, the location is perfect! It is just behind a really busy street but you do not hear a thing! You can fill up your water and do your washing for free. It’s very convenient. The place does not look like the pictures (at least our room) but it was still perfect with everything we needed.

Location was great. Close to some great restaurants and coffee bars. The family although they didn't speak much English were so lovely and helpful. We were given fruit and water daily. We stayed in the double room with private bathroom. It's on the top of the building and there is no lift. Airconditioning was a life saver as HCMC is very hot. The room was quiet, no street noise, just the sound of the neighbors bird. The view was actually nice too. Green plants from the balconies opposite. The bed was comfy too. There was a laundry shop just around the corner which was useful. There are 2 cute dogs here who love belly rubs. Free tea and coffee and we were able to use the kitchen one evening too.
