Max is the owner and is the perfect host. He's also on hand to assist with check in and local recommendations. He's extremely friendly , courteous and outgoing. The property is quite small but the rooms are extremely clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a short stay. The location couldn't be better.. in the center of town with the beach almost at your doorstep. Within walking distance to cafes and the night life that Jontien is famous for ! Highly recommended and great value.

Conveniently located close to the pier but still in a mostly quiet lane. Free breakfast and there’s coffee and tea for self service. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The boss is so welcoming and kind it really made my stay a 10/10.

A perfect place for a long stay! A cozy villa with an interior that almost feels Victorian. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance of the villa. The island has a great tourist beach with calm waters, as well as wild beaches that are fun to explore for fishing or spearfishing. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

The room was beautiful, clean and had great air conditioning. The breakfast is delicious as well and always freshly made. Everything is very close by and you can even rent a scooter through the hotel. All the lady’s were super nice and helpful, they are all trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! I have nothing to complain, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is thinking about going to Koh Lan! Thank you very much for having me and making this such a great experience for me! :)

Location was very good with many restaurants and a 7-11 very close by. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked fine. Wifi was very good.

Also the owner picked us up and dropped us off from the pier which was very handy of him.
