The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower. We appreciated the mosquito-covered window, which allowed us to enjoy fresh air safely. The guesthouse has a beautiful central garden with lush greenery and a charming fish pond, creating a peaceful oasis. Having on-site laundry facilities was incredibly convenient, just ฿10 for detergent meant we didn’t need to go out to buy anything, and we used it twice during our stay. Shared spaces were also a highlight. There’s a large well-equipped kitchen and a seating area near our room on the second floor, where we could work in the mornings. The guesthouse overlooks a stunning temple across the street, adding to its charm. Snacks, cookies, and eggs were provided for guests, which was a thoughtful touch. The owner is wonderful, very detail-oriented and attentive. The location is ideal, in the old city. While the guesthouse is near a busy road, and it can be a bit noisy, it didn’t bother us at all. However, if you’re looking for absolute quiet, keep this in mind. Overall, everything - from the service to the amenities and the atmosphere - was perfect. My partner even said it’s the best place he’s stayed in Southeast Asia, which says a lot! We loved it here, and when we return to Chiang Mai, this is where we’ll stay again.

This is perfect to stay if you want a calm and peaceful place, amazing people and really good breakfast. The room is as comfortable as it gets, the bed is huge and I sensed a really good energy. I was on a no AC, just fan room, with no problems it doesn't get warm at all. I wish I could live there forever. They offer coffee and tea for free all day. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need.

Very interesting homestay. Maybe because it's my first. It's not a conventional hotel rather a homestay. The owner is surprisingly good in English which is a big plus. The room has more stuffs than you'd need. We were needing for a travel adapter and the room had multiple outlets. The lady also offered us for airport transfer for 100 bhat which worked out great. It was an early flight and she was up and waiting. Everything is perfect about this.
