It is located 1.1 km from Plaza de Armas Puno and offers a concierge service. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Great place to stay. Everything was clean. Great shower and i liked how the room looked. Very friendly staff. She made us breakfast to go because we had to leave early. Very close near the busstation.

I arrived by bus and it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel, the location was easy to find, very central, just one street back from the main road. Check-in was easy, everything was explained and I was shown to my room. The room was perfect, with plenty of space, clean, fresh bedding and towels, everything clean in the bathroom, quiet and warm considering the temperature got cold outside at night. Breakfast was included, eggs, bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee or tea. Lake Titicaca pier was a 2 minute walk, and the city center was about 10 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and English is spoken. Although I didn't go, a trip to Lake Titicaca can be arranged. Puno has a nice atmosphere and I liked the hotel and staff, the location was excellent and the price was more than reasonable.
