The hospitality of Amur was awesome. Since we did not have 4*4 WD he provided our transfer. Our tent was comfortable with private bathroom. The showers were outside. After arriving to the camp we were welcomed with fruitbasked, dates spiced with a bit cumin& sesame and Omani coffee and tea. We had a car ride on the dunes for sunset. Our driver was friendly and experienced. Before dinner, Amur made bread from the scratch on camp fire. Dinner was delicious. We had salad, traditional bread soaked in sauce, rice with chicken and camel meet skewer. If you are vegetarian they prepare your meal accordingly. His family also came to the camp and welcomed us warm heartedly. After dinner his children sung and made music and we all danced together. At night the sky is cristal clear and full with stars. You can enjoy it next to campfire. You will sleep very well since the inside of the tent is dark and there is no voice except the rooster from another camp who has a funny time feeling:) beds are comfortable and you have 2 little windows for fresh air. There is light within the tent and bathroom. For shower torch is also provided. Breakfast was very good. We had crêpe, omlet, joghurt with raisin and pomegranate. Since it was eid, goat meat and honey was served as well. Camel ride, bike ride are also available. I do recommend this place and we will definitley plan another trip with Amur for another desert trip.

Staff were very friendly, the rooms are really big and comfortable. Restaurant 360 view is amazing especially at sunset.

You have village just behind so you can feel really like in the middle of the desert, goats and camel just crossing by, super refreshing swimming pool and very comfortable bed, very high standard of the rooms, we extended one more night because we couldn’t leave this place.

Located on Road 23, Oriental Nights Rest House is an ideal starting point for explorers of Wilayat Bidiya in north al sharqiyah. Guests can enjoy free WiFi. Exceptionally helpful, I forgot my hand bag at the property, they were so kind to send it to Muscat the same day.
