The supplying of cleaners, laundry detergent was awesome, which allowed me to clean up after myself. It is an ideal couple get away..and a bonus is the swimming pool. Rueben was very communicative, and really helpful. Just leaves you to do your thing, and the outside security light was great too.nice quiet area. Just a lovely cozy home. Thanks Rueben and whanau

Lush surroundings: the tiny cabins are set back into the forest. You sleep in total darkness and quiet. You awaken to bird song. There’s a hike right from the cabin, and owner Mark is full of good advice of 1,000 other things to do in the region. It’s a relaxed place with a shared kitchen kept neat and tidy and well-equipped. We were there as a couple and enjoyed meeting other travellers, but the place can also be booked for big groups which would be excellent for mountain biking enthusiasts and others. The climb up to the platform bed is pretty steep but the bed was cozy and firm and comfortable.

I had my heart set on Joya Garden cottage the moment I saw it, and it did not disappoint. Everything about it was picture-perfect; Paulina decorated the place beautifully; it had everything we needed and more. The location was secluded yet within walking distance from the town centre. Paulina was a wonderful host and made us feel at home; we would definitely book again should we ever come to Nelson. Thank you

The place was spotless, cozy, and to our delight, came with free chocolates 🍫. It’s a little outside the city, but that made it peaceful and relaxing — plus, there’s a Foursquare store just 600m away for convenience. We also enjoyed the lovely touch of fresh home-grown lemons and oranges. Tom is such an amazing and thoughtful host, which made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk into the place you’re greeted with a welcome sign and chocolates. The place smells amazing and the air conditioner was blowing which was great because it was a hot on the day we arrived. There was a lot of space and everything was so clean. There were also drinks in the fridge which was a nice add after traveling. The location is very walkable to restaurants and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. I felt very safe and enjoyed my evening walk following dinner.

Our stay here was exceptional. The space was perfectly sized and the bathroom/laundry facilities were great. Above all our hosts were so communicative and flexible with everything. Moana Views was the standout of all the places we stayed at in New Zealand. Had everything we needed, and more. Good location, great views. Helpful friendly hosts. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nelson.
