Highly recommend. I stayed here multiple times while traveling in Nepal.

Nirvana Kuti terletak di Kathmandu, 2.5km dari Swayambhu dan 3.5km dari Kuil Swayambhunath. Good facility with plenty of solar powered hot water, clean, well situated at the center if Kathmandu, away from the more touristy Thamel, very safe. A genuine Nepalese experience in a great neighbourhood. I stayed February/March 2025 and only left because it was fully booked beyond the dates I initially booked. Im hopeful its available next trip! Bobby owns and operates the place and made my stay awesome, picked me up from the airport and took me to many places it would have been difficult to arrange to go to; showed me all the essential shops in the area (theres a great convenience store downstairs) and gave me many tips on how to navigate the city's peculiarities. Clean and good size room, the staffs are all so helpful and kind, very pleasant personality. Good hot shower even on rainy day. As I kept the window open at night so it's slightly noisy but I use the earplugs and slept like a baby.

They were always ready to answer questions and give directions and even recommended a good restaurant and timing for momo. The owner also helped me to book the tourist bus without charging any commission. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. I love my short stay here. I will definitely reserve a stay here if I ever visit Kathmandu again.
