Having a semi private courtyard (shared with some other rooms) and access to a pool so close to the bustling Malecon and Zona Romantica neighbourhoods was a treat. The rooms are well equipped with soundproofing materials and totally blocked the sounds from the Malecon strip. I am a light sleeper but slept restfully each night. The owner made himself available to answer any questions we had and was super friendly. The owner turned his grandparents old villa into this accommodation and you can see the passion he has for his work and his family. If we find ourselves back in Puerto Vallarta - we will be staying here again 100%

The pool was so refreshing,.the room was massive, very clean and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed for longer than one night but we were flying the next day. The airport was just a few minutes walk away which was our reason for staying there

The property, building manager and owner are all very cool, very helpful. My room had a/c, but never needed it due to the location of the property. The kitchen is well equipped, the internet is strong, the water is hot. This is the perfect place if you want peace and quiet, but still very close to the beach. The walk up did not bother me, but unless you are in decent shape you are going to want to walk down and Uber back up. I will be staying here again in a few months, it is really perfect for working or relaxing.
