I found this place right where you can truly feel the Mauritian culture. After being away for 17 years, I decided to treat myself to a weekend back home, and this spot in La Gaulette was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon and Le Morne is simply breathtaking I spent hours just admiring the scenery. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. It’s peaceful, authentic, and perfectly located if you want to explore the south or simply relax. I’ll definitely be coming back this stay reminded me why I missed Mauritius so much.

Lovely apartment and hosts with an excellent breakfast. Very well priced and the apartment is very spacious. Would recommend for sure!

Our stay at the Maison was super! It had everything we wanted! We came to explore Mauritius and it was a perfect base from which we travelled to almost everywhere on this stunning paradise within 1 hour! The room was large, the view (indescribably beautiful the whole day and night with the most awesome sunsets), breakfasts on the terrace were enjoyable and not monotonous. Our hosts were kind and helpful. My wife wanted to buy some dragon fruit and we enquired where we can purchase it, next day Karine pitched up with a bag full on the house! For a guest house our room and balcony was really private, quiet and we seldomly noticed that there were other people around even when the parking lot was full and the rooms fully booked. The place has the perfect holiday vibe and if you so wished to; you could enjoy conversation and laughs anytime next to the wonderful pool with the hosts and other guests! Our room was perfectly cleaned every day with fresh linen regularly . (Thank you, Shandrina and Nat for your awesome service and friendliness, you were very much appreciated!) We snorkeled in the lagoon and although it is rather shallow we still saw some cute fish, some coral and a lot of sea urchins about 100m+ from the beach. The new Albion Mall with the Dodo Supermarket was a surprise as it stocked almost everything one would need for a stay. All in all: You did great! Well done Jerome and Karine! Thank You!!! We stayed in the upper corner apartment which has stunning views of Le Morne and the coast. The apartment has a big comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and is light and bright. The large terrace is superb and the rooftop barbecue terrace is wonderful too. The pool and pool area is spotless as is the rest of the property. The nearest beach is a ten minute drive but boat trips to the island with its beach can be organised from the end of the road. All in all perfect. We'd love to come back. Owners and staff were incredibly attentive, providing us with plenty of useful tips to enhance our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pristine getaway in a untouched nature with top notch hospitality!

Menawarkan kolam renang luaran, taman, teres dan WiFi percuma, Son House Studio terletak di Flic-en-Flac, 6-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Flic en Flac dan 8.4km dari Kelab Golf Tamarina. The owners of the B&B were simply amazing. Kind, gentle & helpful :-) The location is perfect for peace & quiet.... away from the hustle and bustle of the "touristy" Flic en Flac area. It was a cool & calm place to rest & recuperate. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay is provided - a full kitchen & a lovely cool patio by the inviting swimming pool (I had the bottom unit for my 8 day stay). The walk to the beach is quick, safe & easy & the delicious boulangerie is just around the corner for fresh croissants & delicious coconut cake. Everything one needs is within a short walk from the house - restaurants, home-made gelato, the "shoppie" (where the helpful owner advised on the purchase of my data for my stay) right next to the bus stop (to Quatre Bourne & Port Louis & Cascavelle Shopping Centre). Just a tip....rather shop at Winners in Cascavelle SC, because the supermarket in Flic en Flac is very expensive & very busy with long queues & understaffed at the tills! A very big thank you once again to Vimla, Pritam & your family for a lovely stay ;-)

Featuring an outdoor pool, Happy Days Guest House is located in La Gaulette and 5 minutes' drive from Le Morne and the beach. The property has views of Bénitiers Island. Great location. Nice rooms, clean well furnished and with great views. Excellent staff and service: friendly, accommodating. Absolutely great experience!
