Steve and his family's warm hospitality and presence was the good thing there, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed at this place. This place may be good for bag packers but surely not close to perfect holiday stay for a family.

The room is spacious. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a terrace at the third floor with nice sea view. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They offered me free transport to the airport as a compensation for not staying in a room with sea view.

Offering bed & breakfast accommodation in Mahébourg, Chillpill Bed & Breakfast features an infinity pool set with a sun terrace in a large garden. Great accommodation in a more local part of the city, no hotels aroung, super helpful stuff,, we had amazing time there.

I stayed only one night because of a long layover at the airport. This was the reason for choosing the location. Close enough to the airport, at the same time you can enjoy the wonderful smell and sound of the sea. The hosts are very friendly and sociable people. The breakfast is very modest, but acceptable for this money. There is a path nearby with access to the sea. A taxi from the airport cost 900 MUR and back 700 MUR. The atmosphere is very homely. The owner agreed to a later check-out for an additional fee.

Every detail made us feel at home and well taken care of. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Mish. The staff provided many amenities in a very clean space with HOT water. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and the entire country of Mauritius which was extremely helpful. The location of Mish is key because it is within a short walking distance from the Mahebourg market , public transportation, museums, a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. I can’t recommend this propery enough.

Situated in Bouchon, 39 km from Flic-en-Flac, Tibambari features free WiFi access and free private parking. The rooms have a private balcony, a fan and a bathroom with shower. Great location away from the typical touristic spots, yet in beautiful environment. The owner is very friendly and spends time with his guests, sharing a breakfast of delicious fresh juices, beautifully presented local fruit, fragrant coffee , bread and marmalade.
