The riad is magic and it has a beautiful terrace. The room was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect to visit the Medina and the breakfast was really good. The staff was very kind and responsive. They accommodated our request for a later check out and organized a taxi for us. The price/quality ratio for this riad is incredible. Highly recommended!

We chose a small double room with small shower/toilet which was big enought. The public spaces thoughtfully decorated. We only stayed one night at Dar Si Hmed, and honestly, it was far too short. Our host, Nasr, was incredibly warm and welcoming—you immediately feel like you're visiting an old friend. This is a true family riad, and Nasr is happy to share stories about his home, which has been in his family for generations. We were given a fantastic room—authentic, full of character, and beautifully decorated, adding to the overall charm of the stay. Breakfast was amazing, with all the pastries and even the bread homemade by Nasr’s wife. On his recommendation, we visited Chellah, an ancient Roman and medieval necropolis in Rabat, which we hadn't originally planned to see. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip, especially watching the storks nesting among the ruins. A wonderful stay—highly recommended!
