Located in Udawalawe, NATURE HOUSE offers rustic accommodation with free WiFi access available at all areas. Rooms are comfortable, clean and fitted with a spacious private terrace. Everything was nice especially the owner of the property was very kind and caring about his guests. It’s very close to the national park and the hotel can arrange the safari they have their own jeep for the safari which is very good price and you can choose the time you want to go it’s very flexible. The hotel is facing a jungle forest it’s really beautiful and all rooms have this view. There is lake at walking distance to enjoy and also the elephant transit home (elephant protection organisation) is at walking distance to visit. The host is cooking home food for breakfast and diner and it’s really nice very fresh amazing food and amazing sense of hospitality. The hotel also organises trips around they have their own taxi car which is much better than drivers you find outside.

The cottage itself is brand new and very nicely equipped. The staff was beyond words kind and helpful. They are very responsive on WhatsApp and always near the cottage so easily reachable if you need something. They gave us advice on transport, on things to do, etc. The location itself is on quiet place in the woods so you will hear so many birds singing. It is also close to Safri to whom they organize an amazing tour with breakfast.

The guide was perfect - tried hard to show us as many animals as possible and tell us interesting things about them. Seemd also a very nice person. Jeep very comfortable.

Accomodation exceeded our expectations. Due to price and photos it looks very basic, but it was completly everything you might need. Garden is so beautiful, outside shower is really nice touch. You are in the middle of jungle and it really feels like in middle of jungle, but still you have all the comfort you might need. Owner of the place helped us to plan the safari trip and it was just unforgetable. Our guide was super nice and super professional. We really enjoyed our stay.
