We went with two kids( one still a baby), and we felt very comfortable. The room was brand new and comfortable, the pool the highlight for the kids and the chef cooked great food. For the price....As good as it gets honestly.

In the middle of the jungle, the staff is really nice and helpful, they managed many services for us (tuktuks, bike rental, safari, laundry and even umbrellas during the heavy night rains) We had all our meals there (breakfast was enough for lunch)

Lovely hosts, they helped organise transportation for us to and from Pidurangala rock for sunrise as well as a car from their home stay to our next location, Kandy. Our safari was also suggested and arranged for us by our hosts. The little things go a long way. We arrived in a downpour and our hosts very kindly met us both by the cars with umbrellas whilst they helped us with our bags. Breakfast was delicious, too and we were enjoyed having dinner with the hosts on the first evening we arrived. When staying at Yashi’s place, you must visit the Lady Cafe at the end of the road - this was a great recommendation by the host and the best food we had throughout our whole trip in Sri Lanka. The room was large and clean. The gardens surrounding Yashi’s place were beautiful - we especially enjoyed seeing the peacocks in the trees as we ate our meals!

The villa is nestled just 400 meters from the main city street, surrounded by lush paddy fields. The beautifully maintained garden is filled with vibrant plants and flowers, offering plenty of cozy spots to relax—whether in a hammock, at a dining area, or playing table games. Being in the middle of nature, you can expect the delightful sounds of wildlife, including peacocks. It truly adds to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the Sri Lankan food. The meals were not only delicious but also generously portioned. I highly recommend skipping outside restaurants and instead asking the staff to prepare dinner for you—you won’t be disappointed!

Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan ruang tamu berkongsi di Sigiriya. The hosts here are incredibly heartwarming, and the atmosphere they create is exceptionally pleasant. They took care of everything, even after we checked out, and we're very grateful for that! The tuk-tuk they arranged for our trips was several times cheaper than if we had booked through PickMe. The house is clean and has an excellent private refreshing pool. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with freshly squeezed multifruit juices that were truly incomparable! If you're ever in Sigiriya, we highly recommend this place. You'll find everything you need here – excursions, safaris, transfers, dinners – and even more.

We stayed in 8 different hotels and homestays during our trip and this one was the best by far. The couple managing the facility had a great job to create a very special environment and experience. The rooms were very clean, decorated with flowers etc. The breakfast was the best. They gave us great tips, suggestions for our trip. We felt like we are part of the family. The facility is very close to the Dambulla Cave Temple but it is also in a very silent corner with a great garden. You can see monkeys, giant squirrel, birds and other wildlife just around the facility. We definitely suggest this place to anyone traveling around Dambulla.
