Nice fresh juice on arrival. Better than the pictures! Very nice new AC, great bathroom with hot showers, really good mosquito nets with elastic edging. Set well back from the lorry and bus filled busy main road with really nice views across to the hills, was very tranquil. Can sit out the front of your room or there was the covered eating area with dartboard. Re-opened 7 months ago and the new owners are doing a great job. Included breakfast with fruit, toast and eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this place if staying in dambulla, great value and as mentioned before, away from the busy main road.

We booked this place for two days and thought it was just a place to stay. But, when we arrived there they welcomed us warmly. It was located in a calm area and all the required facilities were there. The bed was decorated with fresh flowers and beautiful wall art was there. The air-conditioned bedroom with comfortable pillows and a bed, and a bathroom with hot water systems. They manage and maintain the property very well. Also, they provided a delicious homemade breakfast with fresh fruit juice and slices too. No additional cost for it. Also, they arranged a superb dinner as per our request. Overall, what we can say is It was 100% worth it to us if we compare it to the paid amount to them.

One of the best rooms we had so far in Sri Lanka, good hot shower and WiFi. All good restaurants within 5/10 min walking distance. The Lion Rock is also nearby. The breakfast is really good and the owner is really friendly and tries giving you a good time!

Without being irritated Mahinda dada welcomed us at midnight (3:30am)!! He did not even charged extra money for early check–in. The breakfast & dinner we got at night was beyond expectation. Foods were delicious and representing the authentic Sri Lankan taste. The environment was lovely & the location was very close from Lion rock. We are greateful to Mahinda dada and his family for the amazing hospitality... ❤️

AMAZING AMAZING PLACE!! You have to stay here in Sigiriya. The breakfast was amazing, ask for the Sri Lankan (hoppers & curry was so good!) very attentive family. 2 rooms total. Safari with the family was amazing definitely book it through him! Room was super clean, fast WiFi, big shower, great AC. And even a television. Our stay here was the best in Sri Lanka and that’s all down the the amazing room, value for money & the lovely family. Couple of good restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Highly reccomend Attika restaurant!

The room was very clean and comfortable, far more than I expected. I couldn’t believe that I could stay this room with this reasonable price. The owner was super kind and helped me quite a lot to do all what I wanted to do within the short time. The food was delicious and enjoyed peaceful time there. Definitely I would like to revisit it.

This is the best accommodation we have stayed in so far in Sri Lanka! The lady coordinating the guesthouse was fantastic, and made the best food we have had so far!! She helped arrange a tuktuk for our sunrise hike on Pidurangala rock. The driver, Rangana, then drove us all the way to Kandy the next day and stopped anywhere we wanted/places he recommended for a great price. 10/10 recommend!
