Nice fresh juice on arrival. Better than the pictures! Very nice new AC, great bathroom with hot showers, really good mosquito nets with elastic edging. Set well back from the lorry and bus filled busy main road with really nice views across to the hills, was very tranquil. Can sit out the front of your room or there was the covered eating area with dartboard. Re-opened 7 months ago and the new owners are doing a great job. Included breakfast with fruit, toast and eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this place if staying in dambulla, great value and as mentioned before, away from the busy main road.

They came to pick us up at the bus station first day and drop off us last day for free. The room was clean, tasty breakfast and nice people.

Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan ruang tamu berkongsi di Sigiriya. Super nice rooms, well decorated, very clean and calm. The private pool is a real plus. Perfect to chill and relax. Mahesh is the manager of the place and was offering to us free pick up from the center to the cottage which really helped us a lot. I really recommend this place. The only 2 things that do not match with the description of the hotel: no free pick up from dambulla and no bikes to lend in the place.

The property was beautiful and the room was spacious, modern and well designed. But the real highlight was the husband and wife team, Madhu and Sanjee. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I felt so well taken care of—like coming home to family.

Hungry Lion has a great vibe and is a nice place to relax. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with managing our time between activities during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with generous portions that set us up perfectly for the day. Highly recommended!

We were treated like king and queen. :) The family really makes sure that your stay is perfect. We stayed 2 nights and we had delicious dinners and breakfast cooked by the mother :). Also the family arranged for a great elephant safari and we saw many ! The place itself is surrounded by nature which was really nice. The room is oke and the bathroom is very spacious and the shower is nice and has hot water. Also the bed is soft and comfortable. Special thanks to the son Lakshitha who made sure that the stay was perfect ! Highly recommended :)

Lovley place that I recommend to everyone visiting Sigiriya! The room was good size and clean. The terrace big and you could sit there and enjoy the beautiful garden and all the monkeys in the trees. Ashoka (the host and owner) did everything to make sure we had a great stay! He gave us good tips about the Lion Rock and helped us with transport to our next place. The food (that is homemade by his daughter!) was delicious! We ate dinner and breakfast at the terrace. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed many more.
