Staff were amazing and host was easy to contact and flexible. Location was well out of the way with an amazing lake within a few minutes walk with trials to walk also bit perfect for Wilpattu national park. Food was really nice and the room had everything you could need.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They booked a safari in Wilpattu only 1.5 days before our arrival and everything was very well organised. The safari itself was much better than expected: we had the luck to see 4 leopards, a sloth bear and 4 golden jackals, on top of many beautiful birds and reptiles. The resort provided breakfast and lunch to take on the safari, as well as snacks and drinks. Everything was very tasty and plenty. Also breakfast and dinners were very tasty and more than we could eat. All in all, we had a very good stay. Thanks so much!!!!

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with great air conditioning and a lovely view of the garden. What really made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality. Kalhara and his wife are truly amazing people – always available, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help with anything. They even arranged a massage and a delicious homemade dinner for us, which we enjoyed under the stars. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, authentic Sri Lankan cuisine made with love. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt more like guests in a family home than in a hotel. We can’t thank our hosts enough for such a beautiful experience. If you’re visiting Habarana and Hurulu eco park, don’t miss the chance to stay here – it’s a hidden gem filled with warmth, kindness, and unforgettable memories.

Terletak di Habarana, 10km dari Pidurangala Rock, VISU VILLA hotel mempunyai penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran, tempat parking peribadi percuma, taman dan lounge berkongsi. It’s very rustic and simple. AC is very functional. There were a few hiccups, but the outstanding staff addressed everything immediately. Everything I tried on the menu was delicious. There isn’t a lot to do in Habarana, but it’s a great location to stay if you want to visit the cave temple, Sigiriya, Miniriya and Polonnaruwa. The first three are less than 30 mins away. Polonnaruwa was a fast hour.

Terletak 12km dari Pidurangala Rock, Habarana Dulwan Guest House mempunyai penginapan dengan taman, teres dan khidmat bilik untuk kemudahan anda. I can't say enough about the kindness of Upali and his family during our 4 night stay. Upali is always friendly, smiling and helpful. He picked us up in his tuk tuk at the train and his wife made us a delicious dinner as we arrived quite late. Upali will help you organize your stay and will provide you with transportation at reasonable prices. We visited Sigiriya and Dambulla one day and Anuradhapura the second day. I highly recommend both excursions. Our 3rd day we were rained out from a village visit but we enjoyed a down day and explored Habarana a bit. The rooms are a good size, a/c worked well and shower was hot. Breakfast was Sri Lankan and was huge and we could never finish it all. For the price you pay, the value was excellent. We were also able to use the kitchen fridge to store some food and beers. I highly recommend this homestay and hope you choose to stay at Dulwan Guest House. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
